Footer Templates Settings

With this guide, you’ll become familiar with the settings for the “Footer Templates Settings” section in the Aida Theme Customizer.

  1. Opening the Customizer:
    To access the Customizer, go to your WordPress dashboard and click on “Customize.”
  2. Navigating to the Footer section:
    After the Customizer opens, select the “Footer” option from the left-hand menu.
  3. Navigating to the Footer Templates Settings:
    In the Footer section, look for the “Footer Templates Settings” option and click on it.
  4. Enabling Sticky Footer:
    To pin the footer and subfooter to the bottom of the website, enable the “Enable Sticky Footer” option.
  5. Setting the Copyright Text:
    In the “Copyright Text” section, enter the desired text to display in the footer.
    For example, you can use the following template: “© {{Y}} {{sitename}}. All rights reserved.”
  6. Showing Theme Attribution:
    To display the “Powered By” text with a link to the theme homepage in the footer, enable the “Show Theme Attribution” option.
  7. Showing the Privacy Policy Link:
    To show a link to the privacy policy page in the footer, enable the “Show Privacy Policy” option.

Saving the Changes:
After making the necessary settings, click on the “Save & Publish” button located at the top-right of the Customizer toolbar to save your changes.
